We help parents chart a course toward healthier tech habits and stronger family bonds.

Raising a new generation — rooted, resilient, and ready.

Satisfied Patients

For over two decades, I had the privilege of walking alongside youth and teenagers — mentoring them through life’s ups and downs, and helping them find their identity and purpose in faith.

Curriculum

At Your DigiWellness Nav, we believe parenting in today’s digital world requires more than just screen-time rules — it demands a new kind of discipleship.

Session Journey

Your Digiwellness Nav offer a proprietary eight-session curriculum that integrates theological insights, sociological research, and practical digital strategies.

Transformational Learning

The curriculum was designed for transformation, not just information transfer, using Mezirow’s Transformative Learning Theory, which is highly relevant for coaching and parental mindset shifts.

Our Heart

We don’t want families to simply survive the digital storm. We want them to thrive — anchored in faith, resilient in heart, discerning in mind.

Pre-teens and teenagers today face unprecedented challenges created by the exponential growth of digital technology usage, including mental health challenges, cyberbullying, issues around privacy and safety, addiction risks, sleep disruption and body image issues.

One to One Coaching

We work closely with your family to develop a practical plan for healthy tech habits, emotional resilience, and strong relationships

Small Group Coaching

Join a supportive community of five to eight parents where you’ll learn strategies, share real-life challenges, and celebrate victories.

Workshops

For those parents with a preference for in-person learning over virtual learning, we will also offer in person workshops.

Courses & Resources

The online course will be comprised of eight video modules (30–40 minutes each) via which we will teach our proprietary eight-part curriculum.
